Eurotrade Real Estate International Ltd acquired through its subsidiary an office building located in Groningen, The Netherlands. The property includes 16,000 m2 office space and a two-storey above-ground parking lot.
The office building is leased to Essent, which is the largest energy company in the Netherlands. The term of the lease agreement is 10 years.
The purchase price, including transaction costs, is €27 million and the net annual rent is €2million, which reflects 7.4% net yield on the total investment.
