Eurotrade Real Estate International Ltd signed an agreement to acquire through its subsidiary an office building located in Hanover, Germany. The property comprises 1,800 m2 of office space and is situated on the Expo-Park Hanover, one of the largest exhibition centers in Germany.

The office building holds an unbreakable 12-year lease with a single solid tenant.

The purchase price, including transaction costs, is 1.95 million euro.
